To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due on the first day of installation. Please ensure all details are correct and that you are satisfied with the design and specifications before making any payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and services, once installation dates are scheduled, deposits are non-refundable, and no refunds can be issued. As each garden room is custom-made to meet individual requirements, we are unable to accept returns. It’s important to thoroughly review your order before finalising your payment to avoid any issues.

Changes to Orders

If any changes are requested after your order has been confirmed, additional charges may apply. These modifications may also extend the delivery and installation timeline. We will inform you of any cost changes or delays before proceeding with the adjustments.

BGRB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated and posted on our website to ensure transparency.
