Shipping & Delivery

At BGRB, we specialise in creating bespoke garden rooms tailored to each customer’s specific needs and preferences. Every project is unique, and variations in size, materials, and design are based on your vision. Whether you’re looking for a garden office, outdoor studio, or a luxurious glamping pod, our team works closely with you to ensure the design meets your expectations. The quality of materials and craftsmanship remains our top priority, and we only use premium materials to provide long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal. Each garden room is a reflection of the client’s individual taste and lifestyle, providing a unique addition to your property.

Ordering and Payment

To place an order for your bespoke garden room, we require a 50% deposit of the total project cost. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin the customisation and manufacturing process. The final balance is due on the first day of installation. We recommend you carefully review all aspects of the design and specifications before making the deposit to ensure everything is exactly as you desire. Once the deposit is received, the order is confirmed, and we proceed with preparing your custom project.

Should any modifications be necessary after the order is confirmed, please notify us immediately. While we aim to accommodate adjustments, please note that changes may affect delivery timelines and overall cost. We will clearly communicate any additional charges before proceeding.

Delivery and Installation

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery and installation date. This date is a projection based on current manufacturing schedules and material availability. However, please be aware that the delivery schedule is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience.

Prior to delivery, it is essential that the customer ensures clear and unhindered access to the installation site. This includes informing us of any site restrictions, access limitations, or potential issues that could affect the installation process. To facilitate smooth delivery, we require you to provide photographs of the intended installation area in advance. This helps us assess the site and anticipate any challenges before our team arrives.

Should site access or ground conditions cause delays or additional work, there may be extra charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Warranty and Liability

At BGRB, we take pride in our high standards of workmanship and material quality. All our garden rooms come with a comprehensive warranty covering structural defects and workmanship. This ensures peace of mind, knowing that your investment is protected. However, it is important to note that this warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse by the customer. Additionally, any alterations made to the structure by third parties after installation may void the warranty.

In the rare event that a structural defect is discovered, we will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you, provided it falls within the warranty terms. We are committed to standing behind the quality of our products and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Property Rights

Until full payment is received, the garden room remains the property of BGRB. Once the final balance has been cleared, ownership is transferred to the customer. We encourage prompt payment to avoid any delays in finalising ownership transfer and to ensure full access to the garden room for personal use.

Planning Permission and Regulations

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the installation of the garden room complies with all relevant local planning regulations. Although most garden rooms fall under “permitted development” and do not require formal planning permission, there are exceptions depending on the size, location, and intended use of the structure. We strongly recommend that you check with your local authority to confirm whether any permissions are required before proceeding with the project.

While BGRB can provide guidance and support throughout the planning process, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to secure any necessary permissions. BGRB is not liable for any fines, delays, or legal issues that may arise from non-compliance with local regulations. If needed, we can refer you to planning consultants who specialise in garden room installations to assist in obtaining the appropriate permissions.
